I was so relieved to find a contractor like Ian to help me convert my new studio into a stylish one bedroom sanctuary. I’ve worked with other renovation and design professionals in NYC but not at the level of trust and consideration that Ian and I had. He offered very creative solutions within my budget such as an extra-wide windowed sliding door into the bedroom, shelving in a converted closet, two alcoves where I could install custom shelves and a quick solution to an IKEA-cabinet quandary. Best yet, he worked diligently to finish...on time! No small feat in the midst of the COVID pandemic. An added plus was Ian’s pleasant personality, patience and sense of humor. I love my new home.
